Charger Port is broken

The port where you plug in the laptop charger is messed up. You can look in the hole and see that the connection part is shoved way back so that the power cord cannot connect. I am looking for instructions in opening up the laptop to see if I can fix it myself. It looks like it just needs to be popped back into place
