I put a child lock password n know I don't remember it. I am turning off the tablet by then holding the power off option then is asks about safe mode I say yes . It then says shutting down but when it restarts it is still locked

Erase data using the Settings menu

this will not reset, you have to use Adb command or you can reflash it.

To do a factory reset, when the device is off, press and hold the power and volume up buttons at the same time and hold for at least 10 seconds.

followed instructions still reading wrong pin. how do you reset. Polaroid is the worst company to ask for help. All tablets should be recalled. A real waste of money. HELP for POLAROID
is a BIG NO NO> impossible TO GET HELP ON INTERNET OR ON PHONE. BIG WASTE OF MONEY ON MODEL M11H/Q1100 BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO FORGET PIN. YOU CAN NEVER RESET TABLET.
