Why will my printer not go off paper jam?
Is says there's a paper jam to take off rear and front panel. I've done both those no paper anywhere. Still says that.

I called HP!!! Do a semi reset by pushing the back button on your printer 4 times. Follow the instructions that will take you to a semi reset. Also try taking out back panel to make sure no paper fragments are still stuck.

Hi Dawn, it may be occur due dust and movement of carriage, so, first you clean all printer hardware parts smoothly and again check print spooler for any stuck paper. After all these reloading and testing of printer for restart.
