Why is my wheel not touching the ground?
Once all the wheels have been placed, they are not balancing properly and one is unable to touch the ground. How can I fix this?

If the wheels are not all touching the ground, check if the wheels have been properly installed. The front wheels should have arrows on them that both point up, and the back wheels brakes should flip downward. If one of the wheels is not properly installed, just press the silver pin and pull the wheel to remove it, and install it the correct way. Refer to either the front wheel guide or the back wheel guide for more information on replacing the wheels.
