I wanted to purchase the cookie dough paddle and blade so I can whip up some yummy cookies and homemade pizza dough. However, I can't seem to find these anywhere. Where is a reliable place to purchase?

Check out this page. This is the official Ninja website, and they carry replacement parts as well as useful extras such as the dough blade. Although a little pricey, they make excellent additions and will help should you have more problems with your blender.
