How do I fix the crackling noise in my speaker?
Whenever I use my speaker I hear crackling sound whether I am connecting it through the AUX cable or through Bluetooth. How can I fix this?

If you are connecting via aux cable, the most likely solution is to make sure your cables are fully connected. Check that your cord is firmly connected both to the speakers and the device you are using for playback.
If using a Bluetooth connection, make sure you within the speaker’s range of 30 feet (9.1m).

My Kindle is only 5 - 10 feet from the Braven speaker and it still crackles. Any other solution?
