My laptop doesnt turn on even when it is plugged to power & is charged for an hour. Ive even removed battery and try to power it up but still the same. Can virus in the computer be the cause of this??

Definitely not a virus - you'd still get something on the screen as it tried to boot up. If you get nothing on the screen at all and no lights come on it sounds like a motherboard problem.

How about my files that are in the laptop, will I still have them even after a new motherboard has be placed?
Unless you encrypted your files with Bitlocker then all your files, programs and settings should still be there.

UEFI can't boot
My lights turn on including the yellow light near the SD port but the screen doesn't respond. What could be the problem and how do I fix it?
