Karcher power washer don't work

Power washer has no high pressure water come out of it. I've watched all the videos I can find on YouTube and I still haven't figured out what's wrong with it. I've looked at the valves. In fact I have 2 of these power washers that don't work that I have had a part and looked at the valves and I'm not seeing anything wrong with any of them. Do you have any idea what might be wrong with these two power washers are there any other video other than YouTube that you can recommend.

@a2221 could be a pump issues as well as possible clogged filters etc. Common Karcher low pressure isssues are related to :

Problems That Cause Low Water Pressure

A. Water Supply

A problem with the water supply. Use cold water only.

B. Worn Nozzle

A worn nozzle on the spray gun.

C. Water Inlet Filter

A clogged water inlet filter (20).

D. Bypass Valve

Worn O-rings on the bypass valve (19), or a bypass valve hanging up.

E. High-Pressure Check Valve

High-pressure valve (43-46) fails to function properly.

F. Low Pressure Check Valve

Low-pressure valve (24-27) fails to function properly.

G Water Leaks – See Section 2 / Water Leaks

Water leaks

H. Pump is Cycling – See Section 4 / Detergent Delivery Failure

Nozzle insert (32) is damaged and must be replaced.It will all depend on which model you have and what you have checked.

I am having problems with my karcher washer not making pressure. I tried to remove the pump discharge nozzle insert to clean it. It would not come out, I ended up damaging it and drilling it out. I am wondering if this is the problem. Can someone please explain to me the function of the nozzle insert so I can understand why the pump does not make pressure without it? Makes no sense to me.
