Probably at the charger port or headphone jack.

Einstellungen

There are actually two microphones.:

One at the bottom, which indeed is located next to the audio jack port.

The second one is at the top of the phone. If you take a look at the tear down guide, in step 9 there's a clear picture of it. It's the behind the hole to the right of the IR blaster.
