Replacement keys for MacBook Pro 13" (late 2016)
Where can I find replacement keys (with a butterfly mechanics) or full keyboard for my MacBook Pro 13" A1708 (late 2016)?

Can you tell us what happened here.
Sadly, in this case Apple is the still the only source for parts. Mostly, AppleCare covers issues under warranty.
Apple did have a recall on the keyboard in this series so you should see if you can get it replaced for free if you didn't damage it.
Even if you did damage the keyboard and AppleCare is still active, you should see if you can sign up for AppleCare + it will extend your coverage and help cover some costs. And lastly, depending on the country which you live in (and bought the system) you might have extended coverage dictated by law.
The newer model parts are always a good year or two before you'll find them on the open market (with rare exception).

There are three transparent, plastic hold-down tabs held down with short, round pins which enter firmly into holes in the aluminum casing along with two sided tape, for the space bar which go over the butterfly hinge and center the hinge. The one in the middle has the bubble as it’s called which enables functionality of the space key and the other two which hold the hinge laterally are what I’m interested. What are they called and can I get them anywhere at all. It’s been quite a lonely, fruitless search.
