I moved recently and my amp was in storage for several months (was suppose to be temperature controlled).
The amp is actually a Rogue 120 SC but though you could help.
When I turn it on there is a loud "Blaap" and then no sound.
Is it possible the speakers (2X12) are blown ?

@scotia1 sure it could be the speaker. Just quickly wire another speaker to the existing one and see if it does play. However, I am always concerned with the audio IC. I would suggest that you take a couple of pictures of your circuit board and post those with your question so we can see what you see. Use this guide Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen for that. Make sure you have a multimeter handy to measure a few things once we see what your amps board looks like.
