Why doesnt my computer read my mp3 player?
when I plug my mp3 player into the computer it charges but It doesn't recognize it as media so I cant open any files
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Have you tried it on multiple computers as in maybe it is just your computer that is the issue?
or maybe the problem is this:

See especially the topic "No USB connection when plugged into computer".
If it won't work on any computer this may be what you are facing here.
