how do you reset the device
Their is a tiny button on the back u can reach it with a tooth pick

Me 3 years so idk maybe reset oruse warranty if u have one

I have a similar problem. I did factory reset but now it wants an activation passcode from my receipt which I haven't had in at least 2 years. It's there a work around it default?
