Seems the power failure has caused the HDD to fail.
Based on experiences to share, which I had, when doing cloning, suddenly there is a power failure.
The Power failure caused the hard drive to fail.

Download hdtune and check the problematic hdd, also what brand HDD is it?
if possible, download the manufacturer diagnostic tools to check, e.g. Seagate SeaTools, WDLifeGuard, etc.
If the drive is under warranty, send in for replacement / repair.

This is a little concerning, first it looks like a secondary disk, primary @ disk0 seems intact. For the secondary @disk1, it returned a CRC error on initialization? Essentially the CRC is a checksum on the data written in a block. The data written calculates this checksum and compares on read. If the CRC error is raised, it means the checksum doesnt match the calculated data-- there is data corruption. Data corruption liek that on a fresh write could mean the disk controller is having issues, the cabling is having issues, or the physical underlying disk is having issues, causing it to write incorrect data. Given the power cut out @40%, it could be a disk controller issue or short in the cable. I'd check the cable first if it's easily accessible (not really a thing on m.2 SSDs ofcourse, but those you can just pull and reseat the card). If reseating/recabling doesnt work, you can try to use the disk manufacturer's recovery environment to see if it's a controller issue, update its' firmware, etc.
