Seems the power failure has caused the HDD to fail.
Based on experiences to share, which I had, when doing cloning, suddenly there is a power failure.

Download hdtune and check the problematic hdd, also what brand HDD is it?
if possible, download the manufacturer diagnostic tools to check, e.g. Seagate SeaTools, WDLifeGuard, etc.
If the drive is under warranty, send in for replacement / repair.
