Switch does not boot - looking for defect

I have a faulty Switch which does not boot. Only a short nintendo logo is shown.

Booting for diagnostics in RCM mode works fine - I can see that SD reader is not working.

I took out the SD reader but console still not booting (haven’t replaced it yet).

Any ideas / experiences what I can do to fix it ?
