Hi,
I have Panasonic TV 2 years old , my TV have many horizondal lines on the bottom it shakes and sometimes freeze the screen, what could the issue? , Could it be tcon board issue?
Model number is th32d400d of Panasonic

No. Horizontal lines are never caused by a bad t-con board. Most likely these are from a bad driver board. That board is part of your panel and can’t be changed. We would need to know the exact model of your TV and if possible have a look at those boards. Post some pictures with your question. Again, this is most likely part of your TV panel and not an easy DIY fix
