Does iFixit sell a replacement batter for this device? If not, any recommendations?

It appears that ifixit does not sell batteries for the Kindle Touch.
Replacement batteries are available online. Just search for Kindle Touch D01200 battery to get results for suppliers and check for the ones that suit you best.
Here’s a link to the ifixit Kindle Touch Battery Replacement guide which may be of some help once you have a replacement battery. It also shows what tools are needed to effect the repair. (The tools are available from ifixit - hover the mouse cursor over the listed tool to see the cost of the tool)
