Velodyne DLS 3750R strange sound

Hi,

My Velodyne subwoofer makes a strange sound after 20 mins of light use or 5 mins of heavy use, almost like something inside heats up and causes this. ive checked the capacitors and none are bulging, not sure what to check next. I searched all over the internet yesterday trying to find anyone else with the same symptoms but to no avail. the subwoofer was manufactured in 2012. Hi,

Noticed in the video that the power light is blinking rapidly, which according to the user manual indicates an increase in Volume.

It may be that the audio amp feedback circuit is faulty and is producing feedback "squeal", driving the output to the speaker to the point of distortion.

If the device has a separate amp board installed, check it out for any stressed components

nicolenewman1985  sounds like one your amplifier IC’s. time to take it apart and look at the boards. Post some images of those with your question so we can see what you see. I would not be surprised if there was one or two components that show definite darkening etc. Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen

Well I'm in need of some help and advice. My Velodyne 10in powered subwoofer just stoped comming on. I took it completly apart and no bad solder points nothing burnt and it has no fuse that I seen.
