When I plug my R side RCA cabel into my amp it doesn't have any sound or anything. Only my L side RCA output provides sound. Why is this?

possibly a failed Amp IC for the R channel. You’ll have to disassemble the unit and take a good look at the circuit boards to see if there are any obviously damaged components.
