iPhone 7 Half touch response/No earpiece sounds

Hello. So today my phone fell to the floor off of a standard height desk. Long story short, I had the screen/lcd replaced last week. After the phone dropped, I now only have touch response to the top half of my phone, #5 and up, with no response #8 and down. Also, I have no sound to my earpiece and the connectivity to my cars bluetooth is funky. I can answer calls, but can’t talk on either my phone or the speaker in my car. I basically have no function of my phone, especially considering I can’t hit the numbers to unlock it. The only visible damage I could see was the cracked screen protector that I removed hoping that was the problem, which it wasn’t. Confused as to what this could be. Any help is appreciated!
