What is the model number of the TV?
Have you tried different signal sources e.g. DVD player perhaps, different inputs, input types e.g. HDMI, AV, co-ax etc, different connecting cables etc to see if the problem is there all the time regardless or if it is associated with an input, input type or signal source etc?
What have you tried?
Take some pictures of the problem and post back here so we can see what you can see.
