I have sound but my picture is whited out. Just see shadows in white.
Picture is white shadows. Sound ok. Small preview pic in guide ate ok.

What is the model number of the TV?
What do you mean by "Small preview pic in guide ate ok"?
Does the TV have a Picture- in- Picture (PiP) feature? If so have you tried turning the feature off?
