Stuck on Safe mode option 7 and cant move

Hello, I have a ps4 pro and when I turned it on one day, it automatically went into safe mode and was automatically put on option 7. I can’t move it to another option. I am able to press the x button to select but when I try to move the thumbsticks it doesn’t move the highlighted selection. Please help me! thank you!
