When I press my LT button it automatically Acts as RT

I have this controller for a while now and it hasn't had any damage but after my nephew played it fell out of his hands and onto the ground it seemed fine until i tried to play and i noticed that when i aim in call of duty or something it automatically fires aswell so i checked and idk what to do can someone !&&* me with this problem?
