Mackbook not turn on normal way

Hello,

I always shoot the laptop screen without turning off. About 3 months ago, the device did not turn on until after several hours of charging, Now I am facing the same problem, but the device did not turn on except in one case when I installed the power button and then plug the charger in. Then the device starts operating without lighting in the charger.

I stopped all programs running and restarted it normally but it didn't work, except when I repeat the previous process.

Any one know why this happened?
