I ripped out my PCB connector from my motherboard

I was trying to disconnect the power supply from the four-pin connector and accidentally ripped the connector itself from the motherboard. I want to fix it myself as the repair cost way too much. I have basic knowledge of soldering but would like some advice on how to fix it.
