Flickering + horizontal lines that disappears when screen is heated

This started with horizontal lines just at the bottom of the screen covering the dock, but now 2 years later it has spread up to cover half of the bottom half of the screen. It’s these large amount of horizontal lines covering mostly the middle and bottom area of the screen now which are pulsating in a fixed rhythm. You can also see in the video that I get some major ghosting of pixels when changing applications. The interesting thing is that when i let my Macbook sit in a warm room during a hot sunny day or when I apply heat with my hands around the back of the screen around the bottom boarders, or just simply blast the front or back with a warm air hairdryer all the lines disappears and the screen works just as new.
