Can I fix a non operating driver side window?

What is the year model of the vehicle?

You will need to have a DMM (digital multimeter) and know how to use it if is is an electrical problem (also know how to read an electrical wiring diagram) and some basic tools and then you have to locate where the problem is, i.e. window regulator motor, window operating switch or wiring in between.

Here’s a link to some service manuals for the model. Hopefully your year model is listed so that you can find the electrical wiring diagrams for the power windows and also the interior trim removal procedure for the door, which should go a long way to helping you fix it.
