Kids got ahold of my remote

Hello I have an issue.. I left my remote around my kids while I was getting food out of the oven and in that short time she somehow button mashed enough buttons to apparently make my PS4 pro not work… idk what happened but now it’s on but won’t display video or sound !!! I’ve tried to do a safe boot up and I get the two beeps but still nothing on my screen! Idk what she did but it’s gotta be something I can reset !!! Please help!
