Does it matter which M92T36 I get?

As mentioned in the title, I was wondering if it matters which specific type (revision?) of the M92T36 I get for the Switch, since I’ve come across ones that end in 630421, 630380, 834635, what’s the deal with that? Is there actually a difference? Only after replacing the chip had I noticed that the second row of numbers is not the same as the first one, although that’s probably not the only problem in my case, so I can’t be sure.
