I’m going to replace both speakers, ssd and battery into my MacBook.
I’d like to know if I have to buy some parts needed to reassembly laptop, e.g. gasket, glue, adhesive.
Who a similar experience had ? Can you suggest what necessary to buy please?

Each guide I’ve listed here gives you a shopping list of tools and needed parts. The only task that needs any thing is replacing the battery as you need some solvent which if you get the kit will be supplied.
I would do the battery first, then speakers (are you sure they need to be replaced), replacing the SSD will require you to upgrade the OS to macOS High Sierra or newer before you start! I strongly recommend you stick with either the Apple or OWC drive.

My OS is 10.15.7 Catalina.
I don’t understand “I strongly recommend you stick with either the Apple or OWC drive”; I’ll buy ssd disk by the iFixit site.
The speaker right crackles and if I move balance to only left speaker, It works fine so I Thought to replace both ones because iFixit guides says:
The left and right speakers are paired together in the MacBook Pro with Retina display
Therefore, they should be replaced as a pair
Replacing the SSD with the one iFixit offers (OWC) is fine OWC Aura Pro X2 SSD
You don’t need to replace both speakers! Only the one that’s failed.
I got the speaker and was told buy a rep that the adhesive gasket comes with it. It in fact does NOT come with it. But you can buy the gaskets online. Just type in ‘Speakers Adhesive Stickers For Macbook (Model number). They cost around 6 bucks for 10 of them.
@onlinebuy1 - A new one does come with the adhesive. A used one won't!
