Stuck stem of screw inside side rails

Hello!

so i had around 8 stuck screws on the sides of the nintendo switch rails, i used a dremel tool and removed the majority of them. However two of the screws lost their head and the stem is stuck inside the side rail.

My question is, can you remove them by drilling? can i change the whole housing or will the screws be connected to the frame? or what can i do?
