Why is is not turning on properly

I left my laptop on the bed for a few minutes and a system update came on and started beeping loudly and being an idiot I turned it off from the power button now when I press the button back on it only shows on and the caps lock is stuck on too without the screen being on and every time I plug the charger in or out it makes a beep noise. I’ve tried resetting it from the novo key but that’s not working either and I have no idea what to do now
