Hi
From what what the photos show it doesn’t appear to be damaged
If you get some fine tip tweezers and gently scrape away that should take away the big stuff
Then get some cotton buds/Qtips and some isopropyl alcohol and give it another clean to remove any dirt out human eyes can’t see
