• Tintenpatronen entfernen (während Gerät eingeschaltet)
  
• alle Abdeckung schließen
  
• Gerät herunterfahren
  
• 10 Minuten warten
  
• Gerät einschalten
  
• es sollte eine Aufforderung zum Einsetzen der Patronen erscheinen
  - wenn ja, einsetzen und prüfen ob Fehler weg ist
  -wenn nein, dann mit Schritt 7 weiter
  
• Zugang zu Druckköpfen öffnen -> was passiert am Display?
  -bewegt sich der Druckkopfschlitten nach Öffnen des Deckels?
  -wenn Druckkopf sich bewegt mit Schritt 8 weiter
  
• Zugang zum Druckkopf schließen und Patronen einsetzen nach jeder eingesetzten Patrone das Fach einmal schließen
  -Fehler weg?

sibyl maurer first off my apologies to answer you in English. My German is really rusty and would just confuse you. Time for me to get back into it ;-)

Thank you for clarifying your printers model number. Now it gets interesting :-) When you take the cover of the printer, there should be a circuit board on the left hand side. On that circuit board, there is a U shaped black component. That is a micro switch that must align with the cover plate. See if it does so or if there are any issues with it. Sometimes they do break off and /or do not properly align. It might help if you can take some pictures of this and post those with your QUESTION.
