Why doesn’t your hallway light not light up? There is a process you need to work through.
No one can give you a ‘that’s it’ answer with so little to work from.
- What does the charger tell you many offer a charging LED, within the system there is a battery checker with a row of LEDs do any lite up? How many one or all ten? Do they blink?
- Did you try a second charger as well as battery?
- Does the system respond in any way sound or image?
