Why is coffee not coming out of the coffee spouts, nor water during cleaning cycle?

There are many reasons for this. A broken pump, a clogged coffee spout, calcified heater, clogged flowmeter, broken valve, brewing unit and more... Open it and have a look.

I have a similar problem. It seems that coffee grounds are coming through with the coffee and blocking the jets. don't know if there is a filter of some kind which is letting grounds pass.
