@daniel86715 let's try this first. Unplug the AC power. unplug the main board from the power supply. Now reconnect the AC power. Your TV power supply should come on and the backlights should come on. If those do not, then you already know that you have a bad power supply. If they do, then the issue could be coming from the main board.
Post a focused and large enough picture of your boards with your QUESTION. That way we can see what you see and hopefully find out more about this. I have not found schematics for your power board, so we will have to rely on all the great people on here to hopefully get it fixed.

While you work on your TV, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://es.ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.

@daniel86715 let's try this. If I lose you somewhere with my instructions or something gets lost in translation, please let me know so we can try to clarify.
On your main board, the board where the video inputs are, there should be a connector marked CN201. That is the one where the cable from the power board connects to. We need you to do some measurements on that board. I know, you think why the main board now, since I previously asked about the power board. The main board tells the power board when and what to turn on. Your power board "looks" ok, so we need to find out if it gets the "signal" to turn on. This of course is greatly simplified but it's the principle.
Okay on CN201 and with your TV plugged in and "turned" on, do you have 5 VDC on pin number 4? Check the cable leading away from it if you do not, make sure that it is properly connected and all. If you do NOT have the 5VDC it is your power board that is the issue.
If you do have the 5VDC check pin 11, 12 and 13 on the same connector. You will have to have 13VDC on those pins. If you do not have that voltage, it is your main board that is the issue.
We do not want to come across as belittling or something like that but to test it, your meter will have to be set to DC voltage. Your REd probe should be positive and your Black probe should be negative. Set the meter to something in the range of 30 VDC to 50 VDC. Then place the black probe to ground. You can use the screws that connect the boards to the chassis as ground. Insert the red probe into the proper pin on the connector. Sometimes the probes are a bit to "thick" and you may need to either solder a smaller pin to it or get smaller probes. I have done it before where I used smaller needles and inserted those into the connector and used my meter to measure on those.
The only thing you need to be aware off that you do not touch anything on your boards (specifically htre power board) with your bare hands. It'll "bite" and I remember the days when I got zapped on the 220V outlets. It usually does not leave font memories :-)
It is not rocket science and no reason to be intimidated by it, just use common sense. Ask if there are any questions about it or if we can clarify anything.

An diesen Pins müssen 13 VDC anliegen.
