No Title (You should edit this question)

I have the same problem but I had a computer and it had the same problem when i went to the repair shop it works just fine but this pc was too old so I bought a used pc newer than the one that I had but it now have the same problem plus sometimes when I unplug the gpu it works sometimes it doesn't and sometimes I unplug the old hard disk and keep the ssd and it works but after that it doesn't and I tried to swap the rams but nothing happened please can you help me with this
