Console does not power on?

Whenever I hold the power button, the blue light turns on, but the screens remains black, the speakers pop, and the light goes off. Any ideas?

I have tried removing and reinserting the as card and battery multiple times, but neither option seems to work. I might try replacing the battery but i’m not sure.
