My screen freezes and looks distorted with different colors. I have to grab the screen and put pressure on it or push it back to get it to work

@lorettajcross could be an issue with either the LCD or with the display cable connector in the back. Time to check it out. Download the service manual for your computer from here Page 77 of that manual shows you how to remove it. Now check the connector and the cable, check for broken, bend, corroded pins etc. You can always take pictures of what this all looks like and post those with your Question. Perhaps the LCD could be separating from the digitizer?
