@nicolerehm What is the exact model number for your TV? Disconnect the backlight and see if the TV comes on. Some of the TV's turn off if they do not get the proper voltage on the backlight. You did not tell us if you get the splash screen showing when you turn your TV on. You could also measure the voltage on the power board where the main board connects. The voltages expected should be printed on the power board. Let us know what you find out.

Lass uns wissen, was du herausgefunden hast.
@nicolerehm this sounds so much like a backlight error. The crazy part here is that it works when you warm it up. I have seen that only on boards that had issues with their IC's. Once you have the time and opportunity, just take the back cover off. I know you said you've already replaced the main and power board but lets see what we can find. I do know that Philips does have issues with backlights, we'll focus on that for now but won’t rule anything out yet. Never give up!

Niemals aufgeben!
@nicolerehm I just added this because you had asked what turns it on. that data ids for a Philips Chassis Q529.1E LA. PHilips uses a chassis number instead of the model number. Verify that I got the right one for your TV. If yes the this information is the way it works.
The onboard supply consists of 5 DC/DC converters and 7 linear stabilizers. The DC/DC converters have all +12V input voltage and deliver:
1. +1V2-PNX8541 supply voltage, stabilized close to PNX8541 chip.
2. +1V2-PNX5100 supply voltage, stabilized close to PNX5100 chip.
3. +3V3 (overall 3.3 V for onboard IC’s).
4. +5V for USB and Conditional Access Interface and +5V5- TUN tuner stabilizer.
5. +33VTUN for analog only tuners (AP diversity).
The linear stabilizers are providing:
1. +1V supply voltage (out of +1V2-PNX8541), stabilized close to ST7101 chip (MPEG4 diversity).
2. +1V8-PNX5100.
3. +1V8-PNX8541 (reserved because +1V8-PNX5100 used also for DDR2 interface of PNX8541 via 5FB0).
4. +2V5 (MPEG4 diversity).
5. +1V2-STANDBY (out of +3V3-STANDBY).
6. +5V-TUN (out of +5V5-TUN).
7. +3V3-STANDBY (out of +12V, reserved). +3V3-STANDY and +1V2-STANDBY are permanent voltages. Supply voltages +1V2-PNX8541, +1V2-PNX5100 and +1V are
started immediately when +12V incoming voltage is available (+12V is enabled by STANDBY signal, active low). Supply voltages +3V3, 2V5, +1V8-PNX5100, +1V8-PNX8541, +5V and +5V-TUN are switched-on directly by signal ENABLE-3V3
(active low) when +12V and previous mentioned voltages are all available
Going by the block diagram, looks like PNX5100 is the area of interest. PNX8541 is the standby controller IC
@nicolerehm that is an interesting layout on your main board. It appears as if you have a "Hot side" on there, which is unusual. Normally all the voltages are reduced and converted to DC by the power board. Your board, on the bottom right hand corner, shows a power supply. I wonder if that is what generates your stdby voltage. You have already replaced your boards and your TV is working again, so let's not test a theory. We should have tested your stdby voltage with the TV plugged in and all and then monitor the stby line. I would not be surprised if that voltage dropped when trying to turn your TV on, which would cause it not to work. This could be caused by easy things like a few bad capacitors. That kind of goes with your prewarming via a hair dryer :-)
Thank you for the image and it helps but is there any way you can try and add one more? This one focusing on the lower right side. Let's have a peek at that power supply. Also, can you check if you have a IC on your board that is labelled on the board as as 7HD0? Your pictures is a little to small and fuzzy for me to make the labels out :-)
To answer one of your additional questions about the PNX 8541E/0434. That is a BGA chip. It has lots of solder balls that connect it to the board. It requires some special tools and skills to be replaced. Sometimes a reflow (reheating the IC) can correct loose solder connections of those balls. Check online about "baking a circuit board" Lots of home made solutions ;-)
It would be nice if schematics would be readily available but the OEM's are not interested in helping us to repair our devices. They want us to buy new and discard what we already have. They like our money and think we are their piggy bank.
Repair is War on Entropy!
