My new 2DS XL turns on, then off. I dropped it on the floor. No sound.

It flew out of my bag and fell on the floor. There's a small space on the top of the lid where I can see a bit of a red wire from the top and a yellow ribbon. I think it moved or broke something when it fell. There's no sound when it turns off like most people with this type of problem though. What should I do?
