Bottom freezer leaking and then freezing

Water is leaking into the bottom freezer, and then freezing. This prevents the door from closing all the way and then the whole freezer starts ice crystalling. There is no water lin nor ice maker hooked up. I opened back panel, vacuumed everything out. The fan is working, the drain pan is dry. What should I check next? (Also I could not find specific diagram for the coils and drain lines, plugs. I was going to check for a clog.)

Here's a video that shows how to replace the drain tube extension, where it exits the cabinet above the drain pan.

Check to see if the defrost meltwater is getting to the pan.

If not, the drain tube inlet is under the evaporator unit, behind a panel inside at the back of the freezer compartment, check that it is not blocked there.

Here's a video that shows how to replace the defrost heater that may help. I realize that this isn't the problem but the video shows how to access the evaporator unit as the heater is under it,

I think you likely have an issue with your door gasket. If the seal is compromised, moisture in the air can seep in and freeze over time which will lead to the problems you mentioned. I would inspect them thoroughly for any rips, tears, or damage that would support this. It's a relatively cheap and straightforward fix.

I found water dripping from the vents on the back wall of the bottom freezer. Does anyone have specific diagram info for the defrost drain, freezer drain? I think there's a clog.
