1 TV turns on, has sound but no image.
LG SmartTV 43UM7100PLB, was working and suddenly stopped showing image.
I turned it off and then on, it turns on, there is sound, backlight apparently ok (I can see some light on the back panel)
but there is no image (the screen is not completely black but rather gray).
I changed the power cable and reset it but it didn't help.
Removed the screws and took the lid off.
Removed the cables and reinserted but the problem remains.
Both red and white cable removed and reinserted. And also tried to connect only one cable (red or white) and then exchanged but no image in both cases.
Also checked the voltage that comes from the Power Board
to the Main Board
and measured 13.3, 3.3 and 2Volts
What can it be?
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

@nunopereir12750 could be the T-con board, less likely the main board and at last the screen. WE do need to see your boards etc. Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen

@oldturkey03 i edited the question and added some photos.
Do you know the prices of the T-con board ?
I guess if it's the main board or the screen it will be too expensive to repair.

Just out of curiosity are you able to go through the menu options at all or is that not showing as well? Have you tried and tested different cables or port connections if the tv has multiple? What happened from when it was working to no longer working?

@codywankenobi there is no image at all even if i aproach a flashlight. I can't see the menu options.
I was just watching some TV shows and it suddently disappeared the image but the sound kept playing. I was not even touching the remote control.

@nunopereir12750 try this. Unplug your TV. Disconnect the red tag ribbon cable from eh connector at the driver board (by the LCD screen img.#5. Now reconnect power and turn it on. What do you see? Any change? Turn the TV off. Unplug the power cable. Reconnect the red tagged cable and disconnect the white tagged ribbon cable by the driver board. Reconnect power cable and turn the TV on. What do you see? Any change?
