Hi @quietplease

Depends what you mean by silence it.

If it is a noisy rumbling sound during cooking operation, turn off the power to the oven and then remove the turntable and roller ring and run your fingers around the turntable roller wheel track under the turntable and check that it is absolutely smooth and clean i.e. no bumps or stuck food particles and also that none of the turntable roller wheels have any flat spots.

If you mean the fan and turntable motor noise then unfortunately there's not much you can do, except perhaps check if their bearings are OK or not. Place a single drop of a light grade machine oil (sewing machine oil perhaps) on the bearing. If still noisy you may have to replace the complete component i.e. turntable motor or fan.

If you mean any chimes or buzzer alarms indicating cooking cycle status then you may have to open the oven and remove the piezo speaker from the control board.

@ Jayeff - Thank you for your response what I meant was how do I get rid of all the beeping sounds. It beeps for everything you want to do and of course when it is finished doing it. Mine has a button to push to stop this sound, but it hasn't worked in a long time. As it turns out after watching several videos on YouTube I just was being way too impatient with my button pushing. Had to open the door and hold the button for about 20 sec. So simple but .......Thanks again!

Hi @quietplease

Just curious as to which button you held, as there doesn't seem to be one labelled as such on the control panel in the user manual for the model that I looked at?

@Jayeff - On my model it is the number 8, but you have to open the door first or the microwave will start running.
