Depends what you mean by silence it.
-If it is a noisy rumbling sound during cooking operation, turn off the power tot he oven and then remove the turntable and roller ring and run your fingers around the turntable roller wheel track under the turntable and check that it is absolutely smooth and clean i.e. no bumps or stuck food particles and also that none of the turntable roller wheels have any flat spots.
