The steering wheel is not calibrating

The steering wheel does not calibrate and only turns to the right. This happens because it rotates significantly harder to the left, so when it tries to turn left during calibration, it doesn’t have enough force. This issue started after an update appeared, which wouldn’t download for a long time and was frozen. I turned it off while it was stuck.

I decided to open the wheel because when it doesn’t calibrate, the computer doesn’t recognize it, and it essentially doesn’t work. When I opened it, I noticed that when the motors are disconnected from the circuit board, the wheel turns normally in both directions. However, even if I switch the motors, it still turns harder to the left. When only the right motor is connected, it’s still harder to turn left; and even when only the left motor is connected, the left turn remains more difficult. To me, this indicates that the problem is software-related and that some error has occurred in the settings.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling G Hub, but it didn’t help. I also attempted to calibrate it through the settings, but that didn’t work either. I’m not sure what else I should do.
