The ''critical drivers'' are just the 7 drivers listed below the message, that should be kept up to date as these have the most impact on how the laptop performs. Looking at the last update for the drivers, this was back in 2022 so it is just a warning to users to check if these particular drivers in their laptop are all up to date.
Perhaps there's an overheating problem e.g. dust in fans and/or dried out CPU thermal paste, causing the fan to run at high speed to keep the CPU within its operating temperature limits and it is not a driver problem.
Here's the service manual for the laptop.
Go to p.48 and p.67 in the manual, to view the procedures to remove the fan and the heat sink, respectively.
This will allow you to clean the fan (outside of the laptop so as to not blow any dust through the laptop) and also to refresh the thermal paste on the CPU if it has dried out.
Here's the ifixit Wie trage ich Wärmeleitpaste am besten auf guide that may help with this.
It could also just be a noisy fan bearing.
Not sure regarding the fan in your laptop, but try peeling the product label from the centre hub of the fan (side in which the fan wires disappear), and check if there's a rubber gasket in the centre. If there is remove it and apply 1 drop only of a light grade machine oil (sewing machine oil) into the hole to lubricate the fan bearing. Replace the gasket and the label and then manually spin the fan (blow on it) to check if the noise is gone.
If no good or if there is no bearing gasket, then you may need a new fan. Search online for Dell Inspiron 5575 fan to find suppliers that suit you best.
